These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dihalé mobile application ("App") operated by TATU, TOO ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is available to users of all ages (rated 4+). By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Dihalé provides curated audio content for meditation, relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being, including sound collections, guided sessions, nature sounds, healing frequencies, and journaling rituals. The App is available on iOS and Android.
To access the App's features, you must create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Dihalé provides wellness and relaxation content for general well-being purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our content is not intended to replace professional medical care, therapy, or counseling. If you have any medical condition, mental health concerns, or are experiencing a crisis, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Use the App at your own discretion.
All content in the App — including audio tracks, visual design, graphics, animations, text, and code — is the property of TATU, TOO or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile → Settings) or by contacting us at feedback@dihale.app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Google Play settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TATU, TOO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
